Change of Name Effective
Geo Exploration Limited (formerly Global Petroleum Limited) announces that further to the Company's AGM held on 5 December 2024, at which shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to change the Company's name to Geo Exploration Limited, the new name has been registered at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The new name will be reflected on AIM, and the Company's ticker will change from "GBP" to "GEO" with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 18th March 2025. The Company's ISIN (AU000000GBP6) and SEDOL (B06FY17) will remain unchanged. In line with the new name, the Company's website address has been updated to www.geoexplorationlimited.com, reflecting information required under AIM Rule 26. Existing share certificates remain valid and unaffected by the change of name, and shareholders are advised to retain their current certificates. Any new share certificates issued will reflect the updated name, Geo Exploration Limited.
