Termination of Cynergy Partnership Agreement  

The Company wishes to advise that further to its announcement on 26 January 2024, the Partnership Agreement between the Company and Cynergy East Med LLC has been mutually terminated following the resignation of Executive Chairman, Mr Daniel Page (as announced by the Company yesterday), and a thorough evaluation of the Company's strategic priorities .  

The Board remains active operationally and looks forward to updating shareholders on Company initiatives in due course.
