• 1. pursuant to exercise of the stock options granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme2012 (“ESOS-2012”) of the Company, the Company has allotted the 941 equity shares of face value of Re.1 each, on January 28, 2022; and
• 1. pursuant to exercise of the stock appreciation rights granted under the Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2019 (“ESARP 2019”) of the Company, the Company has allotted the 3407 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each, on January 28, 2022.

After the aforesaid allotments of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 25,75,12,762/- comprising of the 25,75,12,762 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
