This is to inform that pursuant to the exercise of stock options granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2012 (“ESOS-2012”) of the Company, the Company on May 28, 2021 has allotted 80,722 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.27.10/- per equity share.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.25,74,39,687/- comprising of 25,74,39,687 equity shares of Re.1/each
