Sub: Allotment of equity shares upon exercise of stock options granted under the ‘Employees Stock Option Scheme-2012’ of the Company.

This is to inform that pursuant to the exercise of stock options granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2012 (“ESOS-2012”) of the Company, the Company on October 29, 2021 has allotted 41,662 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.17.95/- per equity share.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.25,75,08,414/- comprising of 25,75,08,414 equity shares of Re.1/each
