Sub: Grant of Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) under the ‘“Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2019” (“ESARP 2019”)
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“Committee”) of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2024 has approved the grant of 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakhs) Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) to the eligible employees of the Company, in terms of the ‘“Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2019” (“ESARP 2019”). The brief terms of which are as under:
