Sub: Notice of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2020.
Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited (“the Company”) will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 12.30 p.m., inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2020.
Further, with reference to the above, the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and in continuation to our letter dated September 29, 2020, this is also to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company is closed from October 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2020 become generally available information.
