Director's Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Stephen Wilson, Group Finance Director, purchased 27 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Shares') yesterday at a price of 1,331 pence per Share, following a reinvestment of the Company's final dividend paid out on Stephen Wilson's existing shareholding.

Following this transaction, Stephen Wilson's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 3,059 Shares which represents 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company that is currently 60,940,410 Shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 142,058 conditional nil-cost Share options under the Company's 2004 and 2014 performance share plans.
