Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Genus announces that 4,727 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Share(s)") were today sold on behalf of Bill Christianson, Chief Operating Officer, Genus PIC at a price of 1,520 pence per Share. This sale was made further to the vesting of 12,082 conditional nil-cost Share options on 4 March 2013 under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "PSP"), and to satisfy income tax and commissions payable with the remaining 7,355 Shares being retained by Bill Christianson.

Bill Christianson's direct shareholding in the Company stands at 14,287 Shares, representing 0.024% of the issued share capital of the Company that is currently 60,627,492 Shares.  In addition, he remains the beneficial owner of 68,015 conditional nil-cost Share options under the PSP.
