Genus plc (LSE: GNS) today announces that Lykele van der Broek, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman-designate of Eden Research plc, an AIM listed technology development and commercialisation company with intellectual property and expertise in encapsulation, terpenes and environmentally friendly technologies to provide naturally occurring solutions for the global agrochemicals, animal health, and consumer product industries, with effect from 1 October 2017.
