Block Listing Application

Genuit Group plc (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and FCA for a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be allotted from time to time to satisfy awards granted in accordance with the Polypipe Group plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan and the Polypipe Group plc 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 4 May 2021 

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
