Polypipe Group plc ("Polypipe", or the "Company") announces that it has been notified today that on 3 December 2015 David Hall and Peter Shepherd (collectively the "Directors") and Paul Rice (a "PDMR") sold a total of 3,071,000 existing ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 335.00 pence per share in order to satisfy personal tax liabilities.
