Genuit Group plc (the "Company") confirms that it will release its audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Final Results") at 0700 on Tuesday 12 March 2024.

A live webcast of the Final Results presentation, hosted by Joe Vorih, Chief Executive Officer, and Tim Pullen, Chief Financial Officer, will be broadcast at 0830 on Tuesday 12 March 2024.
