The Company announces that it received notification on 3 April 2018 of the acquisition by Ron Marsh, Chairman and Martin Payne, Chief Executive Officer, of Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Shares"), as set out below. Following the acquisition of 100,000 Shares by Mr. Marsh and 40,000 Shares by Mr. Payne, they now hold an interest in a total of 275,000 and 109,726 Shares respectively.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
