Chief Financial Officer Appointment

Further to the announcement on 27 September 2017, Polypipe Group plc ("Polypipe" or the "Company"), confirms that Paul James will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Polypipe Board on 5 March 2018.

Paul has served as Group Financial Controller of Dixons Carphone plc since 2014, and prior to this role he held the position of Group Financial Controller and Treasury Director of Inchcape plc and senior financial positions at British American Tobacco plc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
