Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Connected Persons

POLYPIPE GROUP plc ("the Company") was today informed that Mark Hammond, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 28 June 2016 acquired an interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.001 pence each of the Company at a price of 261 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Hammond is interested in 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.001 pence each representing 0.0075% of the total voting rights of the Company.

This announcement is given in fulfilment of the obligation under 3.1.4 R(1)(a).
