Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Connected Persons

Polypipe Group plc ("the Company") confirms it has been notified that Mr Martin Payne, an Executive Director of the Company, has on 7 June 2016 acquired an interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each of the Company at a price of £3.17 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Payne is interested in 30,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each, representing 0.015% of the total voting rights of the Company.
