Director/PDMR Shareholding

The notifications listed below were received under Paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Polypipe Group plc (the "Company") makes the following announcements:

1.  It received notification today that Kenny Forsythe, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), transferred his entire holding of 253,241 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his CGWK Nominees Limited nominee account to a Quilter Cheviot Ltd nominee account on 10 October 2014. As a result of this transaction, Mr Forsythe's interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares remain unchanged at 253,241.

2.   It received notification today that Peter Roper, a PDMR, transferred 141,000 Ordinary Shares held in his CGWK Nominees Limited nominee account to a Self-Invested Personal Pension on 11 December 2014 at a price of 247 pence. As a result of this transaction, Mr Roper's interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares remain unchanged at 337,655.
