Non-Executive Director update

Polypipe Group plc (the "Group"), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, confirms that further to the Group's announcements on 22 June and 7 July 2020, Paul Dean will step down from his position as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair following the publication of the Group's interim results on 15 September 2020.
