Capital Change Notice

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) ( Gentrack ) shareholders approved an ordinary resolution at the Annual Meeting in February 2021 that, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.11, any remuneration payable to directors may, at the board’s discretion, be paid either in whole or in part through an issue or transfer of equity securities in Gentrack. Gentrack advises that in accordance with that resolution it has issued 17,637 ordinary shares.
