Ongoing Disclosure Notice – John Priggen

Please find attached an ongoing disclosure notice for Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK).

On 10 December 2025, 402,660 ordinary shares vested and were issued to Mr Priggen as part of his remuneration under the 2023 Senior Management LTI Scheme, and 67,793 ordinary shares vested and were issued to Mr Priggen as part of his remuneration under the 2022 ELT LTI Scheme. On the issue of these shares a tax liability was triggered, and an amount of shares (235,227) was sold on market to cover the expected tax liability.

Mr. Priggen retains 415,797 vested shares in Gentrack and other performance rights previously disclosed.
