Ongoing Disclosure Notice – Gary Miles

Please find attached an ongoing disclosure notice for Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK).

On 10 December 2024, 1,114,083 ordinary shares vested and were issued to Mr Miles as part of his remuneration under the Gentrack 2021 CEO Award, 2022 CEO Award and the 2023 Senior Management LTI Scheme. On the issue of these shares a tax liability was triggered, and accordingly a corresponding amount of shares (527,519) was sold on market to cover the expected tax liability. Mr. Miles retains 1,771,665 vested shares in Gentrack and other performance rights previously disclosed.
