Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

(NZX/ASX: GTK) Gentrack Group Limited (Gentrack) announces the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr David Ingram, effective 30th April 2018.

The Board thanks Mr Ingram for his valuable contributions to Gentrack over the last five years and wishes him well in his future career endeavours.

The replacement Chief Financial Officer will be announced shortly.
