APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Gentrack Group Ltd (ASX Code: GTK ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Kershaw as Company Secretary.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with over ten years’ experience in finance and executive management in technology companies, Jon joined Gentrack in 2013 to oversee all commercial and legal aspects of the business.
