Director Nomination Period and Annual Meeting Update
Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) wishes to advise the following:

the closing date for director nominations is 20 January 2021 and all nominations must be received by Gentrack Group Limited before or on that date (NZT); and
