Director Nomination Period and Annual Meeting Update

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) wishes to advise the following:

• the closing date for director nominations is 15 January 2016 and all nominations must be received by Gentrack Group Limited before or on that date (NZT); and

• the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 25 February 2016 at 4pm (NZT) at the Maritime Room, Maritime Museum, Corner Quay Street and Hobson Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
