Director Nomination Period and Annual Meeting Update

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) wishes to advise the following:

• the closing date for director nominations is 16 January 2015 and all nominations must be received by Gentrack Group Limited before or on that date (NZT); and

• the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 26 February 2015 at 4pm (NZT) at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, 101 Curran Street, Westhaven, Auckland, New Zealand.
