Message :

NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Gentrack Group Limited (“GTK”) Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at pre market open this morning.

GTK has sought a trading halt while it is undertaking its retail bookbuild component of its accelerated pro-rata entitlement offer, where the entitlements not taken up under the retail entitlement offer are being offered for sale to institutional shareholders.

The trading halt will remain until the earliest of:

• a) An announcement regarding the outcome of the bookbuild; or

b) The open of trading on Tuesday, 31 July 2018.
