Mandatory notification of trade
On January 27, 2011, Molasset AS, a company wholly
owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary
insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 1,000 shares in
Nio at a price of NOK 2.99 per share. After this
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates will
hold 13,595,696 shares and 10,195,614 warrants to buy
shares in Nio.
