Issue of new shares
Nio Security, Inc. has today issued a total of
6,000,000 new shares of its common stock to the
subscribers in private placement on January 12, 2011,
ref announcement from Nio on January 13, 2011.
Nio`s share capital has increased from USD 3,947,804
to USD 4,547,804, and the number of outstanding
shares will increase from 39,478,041 to 45,478,041,
each with a par value of USD 0.10.
