Mandatory notification of trades

Lars Moldestad, board member and primary insider in

Nio Security, Inc. ("Nio") has been allocated

1,655,000 shares in the completed private placement

in Nio, at a subscription price of NOK 2.50 per

share. After receipt of the allocated shares, Lars

Moldestad and close associates will hold 13,591,696

shares in and 10 195 614 warrants to buy shares in

Nio.

Bellamare Resources Ltd, a company controlled by Jon

Skabo, board member and primary insider in Nio

Security, Inc. ("Nio") has been allocated 1,655,000

shares in the completed private placement in Nio, at

a subscription price of NOK 2.50 per share. After

receipt of the allocated shares, Bellamare Resources

Ltd will hold 9,936,235 shares in and 13,704,386

warrants to buy shares in Nio.
