price of NOK 1.40 per share. After the transaction,

Lars Moldestad and close associates holds 11,750,509

shares and 13,245,614 warrants to buy shares.

On June 15, 2010, Bellamare Resources Ltd, a company

controlled by Jon Skabo, board member and primary

insider in Nio, subscribed for 265,000 shares in the

private placement in Nio at a price of NOK 1.40 per

share. After the transaction, Bellamare Resources Ltd

holds 8,281,235 shares and 16,754,386 warrants to buy

shares.

On June 15, 2010, Espen Brodin, chairman & CEO and

primary insider of Nio, subscribed for 100,000 shares

in the private placement in Nio at a price of NOK

1.40 per share. After the transaction, Espen Brodin

will hold 100,000 shares and 600,000 warrants to buy

shares.

On June 15, 2010, Bawa AS, a company owned by close

associates of Bjarne Støtvig jr., board member and

primary insider of Nio, subscribed for 100,000 shares

in the private placement in Nio at a price of NOK

1.40 per share. After the transaction, close

associates of Bjarne Støtvig jr. will hold 780,829

shares and 600,000 warrants to buy shares.

On June 15, 2010, Tore Formo, CFO and primary insider

of Nio, subscribed for 100,000 shares in the private

placement in Nio at a price of NOK 1.40 per share.

After the transaction, Tore Formo will hold 754,483

shares, 10,834 options and 600,000 warrants, and

close associates of Tore Formo 320,372 shares.
