Nio has a new alliance with the Chinese company

Shenzhen Domenor Technology Co. Ltd (Domenor) for OEM

manufacturing of several Nio products. Domenor is one

of the world leaders in providing ODM and OEM

services specifically targeted to the security

market. Through this new partnership, several of

Nio's high-quality security cameras and peripherals

will be manufactured by Domenor, meeting Nio's

quality control standards.

the only company that can meet Nio's quality control

standards and we are very excited to be partnered

with them not just for manufacturing, but as a key

In addition, Tammy Nichols Lloyd is appointed as

General Manger of Nio's US operations. A long-

standing employee of Nio with knowledge of the

security industry, Ms. Lloyd's new responsibilities

include managing sales, facilities and staff. Nio

will consolidate Nio's North American operations into

the central location of Memphis. Further, Tempest

Microsystems, Inc. will be shut down and all products

under that mark will be discontinued.
