Mandatory notification of trade
On February 7, 2011, Molasset AS, a company wholly
owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary
insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 7,607 shares in
Nio at a price of NOK 2.80 per share. After this
transaction, Lars Moldestad and close associates will
hold 13,605,403 shares and 10,195,614 warrants to buy
shares in Nio.
