Mandatory notification of trade
On January 18, 2011, Molasset AS, a company wholly
owned by Lars Moldestad, board member and primary
insider in Nio Security, Inc. bought 2,000 shares in
Nio at a price of NOK 2.83 per share. After this
transaction, and receipt of the allocated shares from
the private placement in Nio on January 12, 2011,
Lars Moldestad and close associates will hold
13,593,696 shares in and 10 195 614 warrants to buy
shares in Nio.
