Gentian Diagnostics ASA (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has today submitted an application for admission to trading on Oslo Børs by transfer of its current admission to trading on Euronext Growth operated by Oslo Børs.

Subject to Oslo Børs' approval of the Company's admission application and satisfaction of any conditions for admission to trading set by Oslo Børs, the Company expects that the first day of trading of the Company's shares on Oslo Børs will be in the end for June 2021.
