CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Louis Fourie, P. Geo., consent to the public filing of the technical report titled "Technical Report Summarizing the Tugaske Project, Saskatchewan", Effective Date 16 May 2021 (the "Technical Report"), by Gensource Potash Corporation

The Technical Report supports the Tugaske Project Feasibility Report (Gensource et al., 2020) and the Tugaske Project Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Report (Gensource et al., 2020), and includes financial data generated to-date during the project financing efforts with Senior Lenders to the Tugaske Project.

I also consent to the use of extracts from, or summary of, the Technical Report by Gensource Potash Corporation for disclosure documents, such as news releases, prospectus, AIF, MD&A, etc.

I confirm that I am a Qualified Person, and have read the sections of Technical Report for which I am responsible, being filed by Gensource Potash Corporation, and that the information is fairly and accurately represented.
