(b) On February 3, 2012, Robert Pryor resigned from his position as Executive Vice President, Strategic Relationships for Genpact Limited (“Genpact”), effective February 15, 2012. Arvinder “Monty” Singh, age 47, who has been employed by Genpact since 2005 in various positions and is currently Genpact’s Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing and Reengineering, has taken over certain of Mr. Pryor’s responsibilities.
