The Management Board of Genomtec S.A. withits registered office in Wroclaw [_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;] informs that onJanuary 29, 2024, the Company received acknowledgement from the PolishNational Center for Research and Development [NCBR] that previouslyfunded research Project named _quot;Development of technology and mobilediagnostic equipment based on lab-on-chip solution for detection ofinfectious diseases._quot; (referred as _quot;Project_quot;) carried out by the Companyis considered complete in terms of merit and finance.

The Project wassubsidized by NCBR, and according to the grant agreement with NCBR, theCompany is obligated to ensure the sustainability of the Project for aperiod of 3 years._#160;Thetotal cost of the Project was approximately PLN 12.2 million, the NCBRgrant awarded was approximately PLN 8.9 million.

The Project allowedGenomtec to develop its Genomtec_#174; ID Platform and microfluidic reactioncard technology for the detection of pathogens causing respiratory tractinfections and other assays.

In the Company's opinion,this information from the NCBR is a confirmation of meeting Project'sscientific goals and maturing its proprietary technology to come closerto commercialization.
