Continuationof the review of strategic options - distribution of funds from thepotential sale of technology

Accordingto the adopted resolution, the Issuer's Management Board will take allreasonable steps to ensure the Shareholders' participation in thebenefits of the potential sale of the technology to the widest possibleextent. This includes the call by the potential buyer for all of theIssuer's shares or allocating the entire profit obtained by the Companyas a result of the potential sale of technology.Asat the date of publication of this report, the review of strategicoptions is in progress and no decisions have been made regarding theselection of a specific option to execute the strategy. The Issuer willinform about subsequent important stages of this process in the relevantreports.
