Startof pilot production of analysersGenomtec_#174;IDin the UKTheManagement Board of Genomtec S.A. based in Wrocław (_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;)hereby announces that on January 12th, 2022 the Company has startedpilot production of analyers for the first 15 Genomtec_#174;ID devices. Theanalysers are manufactured by the Genomtec team in the UK in closecooperation with the CDMO partner.The start of production isfollowed by the completion of the design and reliability testing of theanalyser components. The first 15 devices will be used in clinicalcomparative studies, the results of which will serve to registerGenomtec_#174;ID as a medical device for in-vitro diagnostics under thedirective 98/79/EC (IVD) in the European Union in the first half of thisyear.The analyser is a small and lightweight device measuring16.5 cm by 11.5 cm and 11 cm high. It fits in the palm of your hand andis highly portable, allowing you to carry out the diagnostic process atthe point of care, without the need for complex and time-consuminghandling in the laboratory by qualified personnel.Thecommencement of pilot production of analysers is an important stage inthe Issuer's key project and therefore, in the opinion of the ManagementBoard, this information meets the criteria of confidential informationwithin the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR.
