RE: REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Dear Manager,

Genmin Limited ( Company ) refers to the trading halt granted on 30 August 2023, the voluntary suspension granted on 1 September 2023 and the extensions to voluntary suspension granted on 8 September 2023, 22 September 2023, 6 October 2023, 29 November 2023, 12 December 2023, 21 December 2023, 12 January 2024 and 24 January 2024, related to the change of government in Gabon, the assessment of equity working capital alternatives in light of the change of government, and the finalisation of the details of the Company’s proposed capital raising.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension of its securities granted pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 continue to 28 March 2024. The voluntary suspension is requested to enable the Company to complete its capital raising announced on 7 February 2024 and to satisfy the ASX’s conditions precedent for reinstatement (refer to the Company’s ASX announcement dated 22 February 2024).

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until either 28 March 2024 or an earlier announcement of the reinstatement of its shares to trading on the ASX.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
