REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Genmin Limited ( Company ) refers to the trading halt granted on 1 October 2024.

The Company requests that a voluntary suspension of its securities be granted pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 from the commencement of trading on Thursday, 3 October 2024. The voluntary suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement relating to a capital raising for the Company.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday, 4 October 2024 or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
