Description

Genmin Limited (‘GEN’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Tuesday, 9 March 2021. Official quotation of GEN’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 1:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday, 10 March 2021.

GEN raised $29,999,999.96 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 9 February 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 88,235,294 shares at an issue price of $0.34 per share.
