Appointment of Auditor

On March 28, 2024, the Company appointed Enrome LLP as an independent public accounting firm for the Company’s IFRS consolidated financial statements for Financial Year 2023. The Company will work expeditiously to file its Form 20-F for Fiscal 2023 and expects that the audits of the financial statements for Fiscal 2023 of the Company, the Group and its subsidiaries should be completed within the time periods specified by U.S. securities regulations.
