Lille (France), Cambridge (Massachusetts, United States), May 26, 2016 – GENFIT (Euronext: GNFT - ISIN: FR0004163111), a biopharmaceutical company at the forefront of developing therapeutic and diagnostic solutions in metabolic and inflammatory diseases, that notably affect the liver or the gastrointestinal system, today announces the availability of preparatory documents for the Combined General Shareholders' Meeting (the " Shareholders' Meeting") to be held on June 21st, 2016, at 10:30am, in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical & Biological Sciences of Lille premises, located Parc Eurasanté, 3 rue du Professeur Laguesse, 59000 Lille, France.
The Notice of Meeting comprising the agenda and resolutions drafts was published in the French official legal bulletin ("BALO") of May 16, 2016. It is also available on the Company's website, in the investors' room (http://www.genfit.com/investors/documentation-center/).
