We act for Blumont Group Ltd (Blumont) in respect of its off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in Genesis Resources Limited (ACN 114 787 469) (Genesis).
Notice is hereby given under section 633(4) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act) that 7.00 pm, 21 March 2014 is the date set by Blumont for the purposes of determining the people to whom the bidder's statement and target statement is to be sent under Items 6 and 12 of the table in section 633(1) of the Corporations Act.
