Plavica Project – Macedonia Phase One drilling programme on the 1.65Moz Plavica Project

• Diamond drilling programme completed in 2011 for 2,842m

• Based on 4 holes drilled into the current resource area, drilling has supported earlier Yugoslav drill data

• Highlights include 72m @ 0.61 g/t Au + 10 g/t Ag and 45.1m @ 0.7% Cu, 0.52 g/t Au, 11.5 g/t Ag + 0.1% Mo

• Results still awaited on the remaining holes of the programme along zones of vughy silica alteration in the vicinity of Plavica Peak

• Current exploration programme to be concluded in Q4 2011

Exploration Licence EPM15771 Mining Lease Application MLA80166 Approx. 15 kilometres by road from port of Gladstone on east coast of central Queensland

• Historical manganese mine

• 3D model of 1915 data infers an Exploration Target (**) of 35,000t to over 206,000t at 35-50% Mn remaining ore with mineralisation still open at depth

• Environmental Authority granted for Mount Millar Mine

• Scoping study – subject to sufficient resources, economically viable if mined in an open pit

• Helicopter VTEM electromagnetic survey undertaken in late 2010

Alice Springs Cu-Au-Fe Project

Exploration Licence EL24817 Approx. 155 kilometres by road NE from Alice Springs in the Northern Territory

• Field mapping and reconnaissance undertaken to re-assess targets

• Significant copper, gold, silver & bismuth up to 5.8% Cu, 4.6% Bi, 27 g/t Ag and 0.7g/t Au (with visible malachite, chalcopyrite, chalcocite and chrysocola) found in Cadney Fault shear zone

• Cadney Fault shear zone consists of quartzcarbonate veins in sheared gneiss with a strike-length of over 10km

• Prospects on cross-cutting NE-striking faults also carry mineralisation

Arltunga Cu-Au Project

• Exploration Licence EL25238

• Approx. 110 kilometres by road ENE from Alice Springs in the Northern Territory

• Encompasses most of the former Arltunga Goldfield mined in 1800’s to mid 1900’s

• High gold confirmed from widespread historical workings but generally with thin quartz veins which are of low interest in themselves

• However up to 29.2g/t Au discovered in chlorite schist which cross-cuts the lines of lode. The possibility of larger scale, shear-hosted gold deposits is being investigated

• Approx. 850 kilometres SE of Darwin in the Northern Territory • Contains Masterton No2 manganese occurrence but drilling infers that the main, massive occurrences of manganese do not extend below about 5m in depth

• Results of detailed gravity survey nearby indicate possibility of buried massive manganese based on gravity contrast with surrounding limestone

• Genesis is seeking interest of a potential JV partner

Pioneer Au Project

Exploration Licence EPM15619 Approx. 70 kilometres NW of Bundaberg in Queensland

• Prospective for gold, uranium and base metals with numerous historical gold workings

• Historical mining primarily focused on Pioneer Reef which produced 57 kg of gold at an average grade (recovered) of 23.31 g/t gold when mining stopped in the 1940’s

• Slightly magnetic pyrrhotite in samples from the Main Shaft suggest that a detailed ground magnetic survey may assist with exploration
