Nature of change S Active Sdn Bhd is the underwriter for Example: on-market trade, off-market trade, exercise of options, the Company’s pro-rata nonissue of securities under dividend reinvestment plan, participation in buy-back renounceable rights issue which was announced to the ASX on 12 August 2016 ( Rights Issue ). S Active Sdn Bhd acquired the 66,666,667 shares as underwritten shortfall shares under the Rights Issue.
