More Encouraging Drill Results from Plavica, Macedonia
Genesis Resources Limited ( Genesis or the Company ) is pleased to announce the second batch of results from its 2013 follow-up drilling campaign at the Plavica Prospect in the Republic of Macedonia. The results from RC Holes PNRC013 to 028 (16 holes) have generated significant results in 7 of these holes. The majority of the holes are from the western end of Plavica North where previous drilling is sparse. Some of these intercepts are also high in silver and base metals. Highlights include:
PNRC022: 9m @ 3.5 g/t Au, 313.8 g/t Ag, 1.42% Cu, 0.2% Zn from 204m PNRC026: 17m @ 1.5 g/t Au, 9.1 g/t Ag, 0.21% Cu, 0.8% Pb, 0.4% Zn from 143m and 18m @ 1.3 g/t Au, 37.6 g/t Ag, 0.60% Cu, 2.7% Pb, 0.2% Zn from 178m PNRC027: 32m @ 0.6 g/t Au, 83.8 g/t Ag, 0.1% Cu, 2.2% Pb, from 40m
Results are shown below using a 0.4 g/t Au cut-off, minimum 3m composite and maximum 2m internal dilution:

Reverse circulation drill samples are collected every 1m.
-
Assay method: Fire assay Au (30g) and ICP (Ag, Cu, Pb & Zn) through SGS Laboratory Ankara. High Ag and base metals are redone using AAS

Intercept widths are not necessarily true widths.
The location of the Plavica Prospect is shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the locations of the holes assayed to date in 2013 are shown in Figure 3. Table 1 provides details of the drill hole coordinates, azimuths, inclinations and depths. The encouraging intersections in PNRC027 & 028 are 200m west of

Rio Tinto drill hole PLV001 (Figure 4) which intersected 29m @ 0.41g/t Au & 137 g/t Ag from 19m. There are also a number of underground workings in this area where enargite veins were mined by British Company Selection Trust in the 1930’s. Further drilling is needed to determine the ore geometries in this area. A drill section showing the results from holes PNRC026 and PNRC027 is shown in Figure 5.
More complete details of drill hole intersections will be provided in the forthcoming Quarterly Activities Report.

The drilling at Plavica is continuing to the west of this zone as well as between this zone and the new zone reported to the ASX on 14 May, which lies to the east. There are 2 Core Rigs and 1 RC Rig in operation.
The Chairman of Genesis Resources Limited, Mr Eddie Pang, stated: “These results continue to add to the Resource Base at Plavica. They have extended the known mineralisation to the west and these zones are still open in that direction. I look forward to further encouraging results from our ongoing drill program.”
